1. Product returns

Customers may cancel the contract within 15 days of receipt of goods. Their withdrawal from the contract must be communicated in writing to Kompas MTS, Pražakova 4, 1000 Ljubljana. Upon cancellation of the contract, the customer does not need to specify the reason for it. However, upon withdrawal from the contract the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept return shipments with cash on delivery. The customer must return the goods to the company within 30 days of communication of withdrawal. The goods are to be returned intact and in their initial quantity, in the original packaging.

2. Warranty

If the product requires a guarantee for a specific time period, a completed and stamped guarantee form will accompany the product.

3. Shipping and handling

Ordered goods will be sent to you through Pošta Slovenije, Slovenia's national postal service. Kompas MTS prepares the goods for shipment and dispatches them to the customer's address within the stipulated time.

4. Delivery Time:

All products will be delivered to you within 5 working days of receiving the order. Should the delivery time suffer unforeseen delays, you will be notified by phone or e-mail about that.

5. Price of delivery or postage costs

Products will be sent to you through Pošta Slovenije. Pošta Slovenije rates apply according to their current price list. Pošta Slovenije also charges a postal fee for the transfer of mail according to their current price list.

6. Payment Terms

All products are to be paid on delivery.
Payment for any goods ordered is done upon receipt of goods.
Prices of goods selected are valid on the date of purchase and on the date of placing the order to our e-mail address or phone number.
All prices are in euros and already include VAT. Prices do not include the cost of postage.
